The property has two seasonal outdoor swimming pools that are free for all guests and welcome all ages. Both are fenced and set above the sea, with a pool bar, beach chairs and loungers, beach umbrellas, swimming pool toys and a pool with a view over the bay. Outdoors guests also find a sun deck, a patio, a terrace, a garden, outdoor furniture, barbecue facilities and direct beachfront access, while every apartment has its own balcony for morning coffee above the water.

Each apartment offers a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer, and a private kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, cleaning products and a dining table. The living area includes a sofa, a seating area, a desk, a dining area and a flat screen TV with satellite channels, and the bedroom has linens, a wardrobe or closet and extra long beds over 200 cm. Air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, tile or marble floors, a private entrance, a clothes rack, an iron and ironing facilities are provided throughout, and a shared kitchen and a shared lounge with a TV area are available in the common areas.
