Every apartment at Villas Promis is an entire 40 m² unit with a private entrance, a separate bedroom, a living room, a private bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and a balcony or terrace facing the sea. Each apartment sleeps up to four guests with one queen bed and one sofa bed, and extra beds and cribs are available free of charge on request.
Apartment with Sea View - bedroom
A calm separate bedroom with a queen bed, long beds over 200 cm, soundproofing and air conditioning. Fresh linens, a wardrobe and blackout curtains make it easy to rest after a day at the beach.
Apartment with Sea View - living room and balcony
An open living and dining space with a sofa bed, flat screen TV with satellite channels and full height doors leading onto the balcony above the bay. The sea, the beach and the mountains are in view from the table.
Apartment with Sea View - kitchen and dining area
A fully equipped private kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware and cleaning products. The dining table seats four, so families can cook and eat together in comfort.
What every apartment includes
Featuring a private entrance, each air conditioned apartment consists of one living room, one separate bedroom and one bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer. In the well fitted kitchen guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave, an electric kettle, cleaning products and a dining table, while the living area offers a sofa, a seating area and a desk. Boasting a terrace and balcony with sea views, the apartment also provides soundproof walls, tile or marble floors, heating, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, linens, a wardrobe or closet, a clothes rack, ironing facilities and an iron. Views from the apartments take in the sea, the garden, the mountains, the town and the surrounding landmarks, and all apartments are non smoking.
Sleeping arrangements and family stays
The bedroom has one queen bed and the living room has one sofa bed, with a fold up bed available as well, so an apartment comfortably accommodates a couple, a small family or a group of four. Children of all ages are welcome, cribs and extra beds are free on request for children up to ten years old, and children aged four and above are charged as adults. Family rooms, free WiFi, free private parking on site and access to both swimming pools are included with every booking.
